Please contact KELTEK for a Return Material Authorization Number which must be issued prior to product return.   Returned goods must be identified with the RMA number and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned goods must be less than one year old and be in saleable condition. In addition, goods must be returned prepaid, unless advised otherwise. Custom items and products with customer's logo cannot be returned for credit.

Cheques, VISA, MasterCard and Electronic Funds Transfer are accepted forms of payment.

All of our products are manufactured to our high standard of quality. KELTEK Safety Apparel guarantees replacement or repair of any KELTEK product that fails due to faulty material or workmanship.

Many of our products can have company logos applied to them. This can be done with an embroidered crest, or heat transfer at a cost to the customer.  Please follow-up with our customer service team to get a quote:  cs@keltek.ca
